Advantage Toyota pledges $50,000 to CHH Children's Hospital project

Advantage Toyota has pledged to donate $50,000 to the Cabell Huntington Hospital Children's Hospital project to sponsor the campaign's donation tag program this holiday season. To recognize this donation, a pediatric patient room will be dedicated to Advantage Toyota. With Advantage Toyota's donation, the Children's Hospital project is now approaching $6 million in donations and pledges toward the estimated $12 million project cost.

"It is very important to support the Children's Hospital project because of the tremendous impact it will have on children and their families," said Larry Lafon, President and Chief Executive Officer of Advantage Toyota. "The children of the Huntington/Tri-State area deserve the best health care available without unnecessary travel out of state. Contributing to this project is our way of supporting sick or injured children and their families when they need it most."

Through reconstruction of the hospital's fifth floor, the Children's Hospital at Cabell Huntington Hospital will create a new, state-of-the-art space that will offer pediatric patients a cheerful, comfortable and child-friendly place to heal.

"The Cabell Huntington Hospital pediatric team and I appreciate the caring spirit of Larry and his team at Advantage," said David A. Graley, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Cabell Huntington Hospital Foundation. "They have been good corporate citizens in a very quiet way in the past, and we hope the community recognizes this most generous gift for our children."
