Farrell, Farrell & Farrell Donation

The Huntington law firm of Farrell, Farrell & Farrell recently pledged $25,000 to the proposed Children's Hospital project at Cabell Huntington Hospital.

This generous pledge has been recognized by dedicating a GE Healthcare OmniBed® in the hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for seriously ill newborns. The new NICU opened in February 2008 and is the first phase of the proposed Children's Hospital.

"Each member of our law firm is committed to the betterment of our region and its children," said attorney Michael J. Farrell of Farrell, Farrell & Farrell. "We have chosen to make this substantial contribution because health care for our children must be our highest priority. This investment in the Cabell Huntington Children's Hospital Project is the best possible investment in the future of our region and will produce an ongoing dividend for all of us."

The proposed Children's Hospital at Cabell Huntington Hospital is to be built through extensive renovations to the fifth floor of Cabell Huntington Hospital.

"We are grateful for Farrell, Farrell & Farrell's commitment to improving the care we provide for our youngest patients," said David Graley, vice president and chief operating officer of the Cabell Huntington Hospital Foundation. "The partners of the firm took the time to understand our mission and quality of care of the region's children. They have become wonderful corporate partners as we move toward expanded services and facilities."
