Marshall Health Network announces senior leadership updates

Marshall Health Network (MHN) has announced two senior leadership appointments, naming Andy Mullins, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, CNL, chief nurse executive and promoting Maeghan Neal to senior vice president of finance.
Mullins, who has more than 20 years of nursing experience, most recently served as chief nursing officer for MHN. As chief nurse executive, he will continue to provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing practice, patient experience, clinical development and training across the health system.
His expanded responsibilities will include leadership oversight of ancillary services across MHN, including laboratory, imaging, respiratory and therapy services. He also will serve as the executive leader for perioperative services across the system.
Neal has more than 17 years of experience with the health system and most recently served as MHN vice president of strategic finance, operational performance and treasury. As senior vice president of finance, she will continue to lead budgeting, strategic financing and treasury services while assuming oversight of hospital finance operations across MHN.
